  • Unfortunately, the Foundation does expose more Flemish paintings, as before; on the other hand, can be seen for free a sumptuous array of Rubens, the martyrdom of Saint André, in the chapel of the Foundation: superb work, we contemplate at leisure, because there is no crowd.

  • A site still little known and for good reason, it was opened to the public as a Museum in 2015 by Felipe VI. It has a small collection of Flemish paintings from the absolutely adorable Prado reserves. Rubens and Van Dyck are to honor, and also an array of Charles Quint with his wife Isabelle of Portugal if my memories are good. You have there some thirty works, engravings also seems to me that are presented in a framework brand-new breast of the barrio de Salamanca. A great place to be in contact with the Flemish painting safely, because there are few visitors. Entrance fee: €7. Documentation in french probably possible? It remains a question, I have not had recourse.
