  • I went to have breakfast there and the truth is that it was a total success. The only penalty is not be able to try all the varieties that have. But I took cupcakes and pastries to give to my parents. It is more expensive than the average, but worth it all all. Quality always note and have to pay for it. As for the excellent service. I'd like to come back and that's said everything.

  • During the week which is celebrated in Madrid the World Gay Pride with expectations of receiving more than 3 million visitors, is the very few business which have not adhered with a nod via its decor or your product as they are making the rest of shops in the area centre of Madrid. Regular clients have missed you. Suspense to the sensitization and approved in boredom and Rancidity.

  • This bakery was so quaint and beautiful. It looks like something from the 1930's just like in the movie The Grand Budapest Hotel. Everything looked and smelled beautiful. We tried some of the many coo...  more »

  • A very old establishment, but refurbished well. The chocolates behind the counter looks very decadent, but quite pricey so we skipped that. Best selling item in the bakery seemed to be the croissants. They are very good. Light buttery goodness. Coffee is mediocre. Good to stop in for a quick breakfast and enjoy the decor.
  • You know this place is good because the moment you touch your pastry, melted butter gets on your fingers 😍 I got the chocolate napolitana, and holy cow. The amount of layers of flaky goodness coming from this thing was insane. I also got the chocolate palmera which was the only palmera I've ever tried in Madrid that was actually crunchy when I bit into it! So delicious!
  • The best croissants in town. I love it !
  • Nice treats 👍😁
  • This year's Roscon was sublime :) been going to this shop since I was a kid to get the traditional 'Roscon de reyes' it is moist and perfectly baked, nothing like the mass produced ones they sell in other places :)

Where to stay in Madrid

The Spanish capital is known for its array of distinct neighborhoods each with its own appeal. An affordable and easy-to-navigate metro system, which makes it is easy to get around Madrid gives you more flexibility in choosing where to stay. Perhaps the most popular choice is Puerta del Sol, the heart of the city center and one of the main tourist attractions with its numerous shops, affordable hotels, and restaurants. Close by is Gran Via street, one of the city's main arteries, which is also home to a number of hotels. A short walk from here is Plaza España where the city's most iconic landmarks lie, including the Royal Palace and the Teatro Royal. For somthing outside the traditional tourist areas, consider staying in La Latina or Malasaña, two bohemian neighborhoods that offer a wide range of eclectic shops, quaint cafes, and lively bars.
