  • Modern and particular in its structure, you enter the Central calle Arenal. It was rebuilt in the mid-1800s and has therefore inside look modern. A curiosity of the enormous holy water stoups at the entrance made with oyster shells.

  • Along the Calle Arenal, the road from Puerta del Sol to the Royal Palace, we find the parish church of San Gines. It's a little hidden but happen to see street performers near as what I photographed and posted in this review. It is worth pausing and enter into the Church followed by the tour of Madrid. Thanks for reading. If you like you can give a rating useful from the link below

  • Sure, there's more elaborate architecture. Nevertheless, this church is historically very interesting and you can see the history especially in the Interior. Although this Catholic parish is mentioned around a.d. 303 in records, the here described construction dated since 1641. Three fires led to renovations and alterations. Precious paintings should be rescued and works of art, such as paintings by Alonso Cano, Francisco Rizi, Luca Giordano, and Alonso de los Rios, are there to see. extent to which additions and renovations 1956-1964 determine today's appearance, you can learn in books. I've been busy myself not extensively. By me a few pictures of the place and building, may be an incentive for a visit. heinzri

  • Recommended his visit, is located in the Centre of the city, specifically beside the Plaza de Santo Domingo. It is difficult to park in its surroundings, is blue payment area. A great temple, I encourage you to go inside without losing detail.
