  • If the outside brick is not very attractive, the baroque interior is beautiful, especially the choir and the dome.

  • There is nothing justifying the energy you'll loose while visiting this church.... So I'm afraid that the single possible recommendation is: just don't do it!
  • Walk to the West from the La Latina Metro station and arrives at the Church of St. Andre. Is a Baroque-style church, built in 1642. By the way, next to the San Isidro Museum Museo de los Origenes (Museo de San Isidro)) is. Madrid is a miserable place Spain civil war 1936 destroyed most buildings, but also San Andres Church was burnt down. It is San Isidro Church in only escaped being burned down.

  • The Church of San Andres was built in the seventeenth century, in a fully baroque style, to house the relics of San's body Isidro. In the Church of San Andrés we can identify some rocks already known: 9 the columns and ashlars of granite, 9 religious images carved in limestone, 9 the pavement around the Church formed by basalt, granite and limestone.
  • good location, very close to the most important things. the rooms are not very big, but the size is just enough for you if you are a tourist.
  • Bella Iglesia bastante escondida
  • Thank you God for pastor, priests, and my brothers in Christ of this parish. I feel so lucky and loved! I invite you to come and discover the love that Christ has us all and share it! :-)
