  • This church is also called Iglesia del Sacramento. Also believed the military Cathedral (Cathedral of the army). Originally, as the seat of monastic Abbey was built. Devastated during the civil war in Spain has been restored now. Inside the Benedictine monks of San Bernardo sacrament as designed by Gregorio Ferro was superbly conzalez Velázquez paintings and altar paintings.

  • Saw this church by chance- and it turned out to be a Cathedral! It was nice to visit and the Blessed Sacrament was open. So many saints that I do not know. Just read thru their names. Beautiful church...  read more »
  • We stumbled across this cathedral in a back street when it was closed and went back so that we could have a look inside, it was worth it. Beautiful interior and very peaceful.
