  • From here you can enjoy a magnificent view. It is one of the most underrated attractions. For me it is definitely to do.

  • Interesting and recommended visit to see the city and the sierra to bird's eye view. Glass elevator with rise to nearly 100 m. I was with someone that has vertigo and the step fatal, but my I loved it.

  • Nice visit! There is an elevator and the price (3 euros) was also good. I recommend to go there to know Madrid more.  more »

  • Great views of Madrid from up here. The lift is on the outside so you get good views ascending and descending too! It would be a great spot for a bar on the top but that's just the Irishman in me talking.
  • Possibly the best views of Madrid from a publicly available spot. I'm only missing a bar on top so that you have a reason to stay there for longer.
  • Nice view but incredibly unfriendly and rude staff. On top of the building the security woman told us that we were not allowed to kiss because: "this place is only thought to watch the city". Furthermore she wanted to see our tickets after just being there for 5 minutes (there is a time limit of 30 minutes).
  • Great views of the city for a small fee. There's also information up the top about surrounding area and buildings, with some history. Elevator ride up faces out so you can take it views on the way up.
  • Really nice place to go up in. Great view. I’d say it’s like the Seattle space needle if you’ve ever been there.

Where to stay in Madrid

The Spanish capital is known for its array of distinct neighborhoods each with its own appeal. An affordable and easy-to-navigate metro system, which makes it is easy to get around Madrid gives you more flexibility in choosing where to stay. Perhaps the most popular choice is Puerta del Sol, the heart of the city center and one of the main tourist attractions with its numerous shops, affordable hotels, and restaurants. Close by is Gran Via street, one of the city's main arteries, which is also home to a number of hotels. A short walk from here is Plaza España where the city's most iconic landmarks lie, including the Royal Palace and the Teatro Royal. For somthing outside the traditional tourist areas, consider staying in La Latina or Malasaña, two bohemian neighborhoods that offer a wide range of eclectic shops, quaint cafes, and lively bars.
