  • During 3 days Lugo recreates the time of its foundation. Half the city dress of Roman or Celtic to celebrate a lot of activities: racing Chariots, weddings and baptisms Celts, parades and camps of Romans and Celts, fighting in the Roman circus, street animation, crafts. Festival declared of national tourist interest in which the city is filled with tourists. It is important to plan in advance as during those three days hotels hostels and pensions are filled completely and run out of accommodation in the city squares. Normally the Party held a weekend from Friday to Sunday in the month of June coinciding the weekend before the celebration of Midsummer's day (24 June) but this year 2017 the party moved to 31 June 1 and July 2. A good opportunity to meet and enjoy the city of Lugo, the wall, the Roman bridge, baths and all the Roman remains which contains in an environment that recreates the era of ancient Rome.
