  • A wonderful Church from the 16th century, in the center of lucena, and its surroundings there is much more than visiting, such as the Castle and some other museums

  • The Church of San Mateo de Lucena, is the largest and best preserved Temple of which were built in the early 16th century in the cordovan countryside. In the 18th century joined the building the chapel of the Tabernacle, one of the most significant architectural works of this typology of Andalusian Baroque. Its construction began in 1498, where there was formerly the main synagogue of Lucena, ending to 1544, with the patronage of Luis Fernández de Córdova, second Marquis of Comares. must see and above all to see inside... l
