Create an itinerary including Lloret Beach
A gem of the Catalonian coastline, Lloret Beach is one of the most visited beaches in Costa Brava and is consistently awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness. A highlight of the area is the Gothic church located near the sand, which has been rehabbed in Moorish, Byzantine, Renaissance, and Modernist style, funded with money gained from the colonization of the Americas. You'll also see the remaining tower of the Castle of Sant Joan from the beach, once part of a protective fortress, which has stood over the population since the 11th century. Many more stunning historic monuments adorn the coastal town near the water, including chapels, maritime museums, and settlements. • It was a lovely stoney beach. The water was a light blue shade and was crystal clear. I would definitely love to go here again
  • Please children under 12 be extra careful as beach is very wild and strong waves Sorry for giving this beach three star although the beach was very beautiful but it got steep and I personally think it’s not safe for kids under 12 at least the beach is very wild I nearly lost my son the wave took him I dived and saved him with the grace of Allah . really dangerous the shock of my life
  • There are some other beaches nearby which are better than this, so i wouldn't rate it full. It is not as calm and quiet as other beaches. It is 8-10 minute walk from the Lloret de mar bus station. Couple of toilets are available for free on the beach itself.
  • Beach made of grit sand, instead of fine sand. Bit steep from beach to water. Clean though.
  • Very nice beach with lot of activities. Jet ski, ferry boat, flying fish, banana boat, etc. Umbrellas and beach seats are hired at very good prices. Lot of restaurants and bars around the beach. A recommended place.
