  • This is a wonderful little museum. it's a lovely building - with very charming balconied courtyard gardens and an awesome chapel-like basement, and includes a huge amount of information about Columbus...  more »
  • Historic, very well maintained House. The Interior is dedicated to the documentation of Columbus ' expeditions. There are also interesting objects, used marine expeditions in the past centuries.

  • Really enjoyed spending time wondering around this place, looking at the exhibits of Columbus' voyages. It is well worth spending an hour or two wondering around.

  • Interesting little museum, I explored all of it and it took around an hour. It's split over 3 levels and I didn't noticed what access was like for those with mobility problems. Each room has a theme, starting with columbus and his voyages (the connection being he stopped off here on most of his journeys) and then more general canarian history, archaeology and art. Entry was 4 euros, and there seemed to be reduced rates for those who worked as teachers.
  • Interesting museum about the travels of Columbus, and for people with maritime interests. Today (12 nov 16) it was free admittance for an unknown reason?
  • Great piece of history. We learned a lot about Columb's adventures. Amazing presentations and displays.
  • Tiny museum, there aren't too much artifacts, but still is worth to visit it. I learned a lot of new things about Colon and his voyages.
  • Very interesting museum inside a beautiful Canarian style house, provides an insight into Christopher Columbus and his stay in the Canaries en route to the Americas
