Walk the white sand shores of Surf Spot Famara, set against a dramatic mountain landscape. The beach stretches almost 5 km (3 mi) in the Chinijo Archipelago natural park. • The long white sandy beach with huge waves and crystal clear water, as well as a lot of surfers. Also on the small circular hioutuneita lava rocks and dunes, between which one can bask in the days of wind. The nearby village of restaurants, shops and other services.

  • The most beautiful and unique beach of the island. Sea suitable for surfers. but the landscape ... sandy beaches with mountains behind. and sunset magico...la force of nature is all impressed here. NB: If you decide to rent a car in the airport of lanzarote absolutely avoid GOLDCAR!!! Improperly and fraudulently forced us to pay extra 260 euro tell us as a deductible to be paid ... In fact there had been a second insurance coverage that nobody had asked!!!

  • For me the best beach on Lanzarote. It's long and wide, lots of surfers, clean crisp water and a great mountain view. It really is a wild beach without any umbrellas and the works and that's the charm...  more »

  • Beach is very nice, current is relatively safe, waves are approachable. Beginners should think about going early when the tide is going out...
  • Never short of a wave. Perfect for beginners and intermediates, who will have the opportunity to catch either broken or green waves without having to go out of their depth. But the ocean can get packed out with surf schools from 10 to 4.
  • Good beach. Waves were dumping and a bit messy when we were there. Can be windy!
  • I'm not a surfer, but I can see why it's very popular right here. It's a different kind of beach, mostly with big stones, but spectacular views nevertheless.
  • Huge beach with consistent, big waves. Avoid the rocks on the left (shown in picture). No toilets or shower.
