  • If you opklautert here the rocks you will be rewarded with one of the most spectacular views of ocean and sea flared steep volcano walls. The sea pounds on the coast with a lot of violence and has on a sunny day the most beautiful colors. Village you can skip.

  • We went to the Gulf after visiting Timanfaya with the idea of eating there and visit "Los Hervideros", "Green Lake" and the salt mines. We took a ride through the town, tiny but charming. There were a few houses almost on the beach where tranquility is breathed. We ate at "Casa Rafa" and then visits luxury. Both the Lago Verde and Los Hervideros worthy of see, peculiar and distinct wild landscape, in my opinion, to what you are used to seeing, in coastal areas. At two sites, there are areas for parking and not have to travel long distances. However in the salt flats there is parking as such for the visit. If you have already visited other salinas nor is it essential to stop, in my opinion. In short, fishing village with great charm and very good to eat.

  • It is very pleasant to stroll in el golfo. The coast is cut, the waves flow with noise on the rocks, the sound of seagulls, everywhere present, reminds the Normandy. Many small restaurants in this former small fishing port of the tip of Lanzarote. Go have a look!

  • Very nice service with a relaxing view. Only problem is that there showers ain't great lol Would give 4 1/2 stars
  • Our room was recently renovated, and looked very modern. Clean hotel and swimming pool, nice staff. Rooms are quite small. Too bad lunch and dinner is only available during summer season.
  • Make sure you get there when you will be visiting Lanzarote, this place need to be seen, and if you have some time to spend for the sunset within El Golfo village you can find plenty restaurants, but make sure to pickup the right one...
  • No frills, with a good breakfast, silence, good treatment and cleanliness, in an incomparable lathe. It is worth, unless you like being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by the best places on the island to eat fish.
