  • We went to spend a few days in Logroño and we were told that we could not miss the visit to the Cathedral of Santo Domingo de la Calzada. It is about 30 minutes from Logrono drive. It really is a beautiful Cathedral with different architectural styles. I recommend making a guided tour so that someone with knowledge can tell you different changes of Cathedral in the passage of time. The town itself is also beautiful. We were on the bridge in December and had a medieval fair.

  • Very highly recommended. A Super Guide, with a lot of information transmitted from a very pleasant way, with a tour of a Cathedral as peculiar as this, and a floodlit fog overnight... Essential.

  • Interesting the guided visit to the Cathedral with explanations of the different phases and architectural styles of the Cathedral, altarpieces, works of art, mausoleum, crypt and the miracles of the Saint. Curious the roost inside the Cathedral. And also very interesting temporary exhibitions of the cloister, now a monumental Neapolitan presepio, a spectacular Nativity with more than 100 moving parts, an exhibition of playmobil and the best in my opinion "the best 300 postage stamps" (spectacular). It's worth much.

  • He had been often small in the Cathedral, but never had made a guided tour. Definitely worth a lot, the guide is great. Visit lasts more than one hour, and €6 explain you the altarpiece, how changed site, the chorus, the reason for its color and many interesting things. I was delighted.

  • It is worth climbing the Tower, although they do not all campaigns. Very good views. Inside, the Cathedral, has an important collection of Christian art and other exhibitions.

  • On the outside is nicest that inside. It is true that it is a jewel for many reasons, and have well mounted the permanent exhibition, but it is not that one comes out saying "wonder", as of other cathedrals.
