Caleta del Marrajo, La Oliva
Categories: Beaches, Nature & Parks, Outdoor Activities
Rock-studded white sands with many clear turquoise pools made of black lava flow make Caleta del Marrajo an ideal spot for sheltered bathing. Stretching for some 300 m (984 ft), this 70 m (230 ft) wide secluded beach also ranks high with naturists. A number of little lagoons here have earned it a title of The Lakes. The beach is known for attracting romantic couples and families with children, as there are no currents or high waves. You can also surf and kite surf here.
