  • We were there last week and we loved the place. The explanations of the teacher Luis Laria are extraordinary. Is already little people as he, with so good criteria, wisdom and kindness. Very good place to learn about the origin of life, the stars, the fauna and flora, squid, deep-sea fish, snakes...

  • Museum with several parts, some more interesting than others. It has a part of travel on foot with explanations about recycling, the creation of the solar system and the life. There are some animals on the road, although we didn't see many. Is perhaps the most loose. They have the part that was left of the former Museum of the giant squid of Luarca. I've seen it 3 times and the truth is that it is still impressive. It also has a part about the whales and dolphins in the Cantabrian Sea and another envelope fossils, which are interesting for the explanations of the guides. The most curious and most striking is the possibility of seeing and touching salamanders and some species of snakes, trying to raise awareness of the need to respect these animals. You missed us by see the Planetarium.

  • I liked very much, but I acknowledge that the explanation was too technical for children

  • We love it, it is a project without subsidies so you have to pay input, something symbolic by the way. Super recommended, a great work of what seems to be a great team. For great children as well!

  • An exhibition of the life from different points of view. There are guided tours at 11:30 and 16:30, where you can have variety of snakes in your hands, touching salamanders and toads, see copies of seabed, know the whale hunt, see one of the largest collections in the world of giant squid and attend an amazing disclosure at the Planetarium of the life in the universe. In addition the visit outside with hundreds of botanical specimens. You can not miss it. You be spent about 4 hours super entertaining, by only €9 adults and € 6 for children.
