You put a video about 7 minutes which explain in broad terms the history of the Castle. It is worth visiting it since the restoration is very good.

In the castle there are many little signs explaining things related to it and before starting the visit you can see a video where they give information about the Castle. Very well reconstructed. It is possible to walk the wall, access various rooms inside, see a Dungeon, walking on the keep... A very interesting visit, the children loved it.

Fui a verlo con mi marido y los niños y nos encantó. Una visita muy amena y nada pesada. Nos encantó la historia que hay detrás. Merece la pena verlo. more »I went to see it with my husband and kids and we loved it. A very pleasant visit and nothing heavy. We loved the history that is behind. It is worth to see it.
Javier cuestaAwesome place with a panoramic view over the Valley of the Tiétar fantastic, and it houses the Centre of interpretation of the Valley which is quite interesting. The restored Castle is perfectly signposted and conserved except for the Church, which is in the original condition unrestored.
Juan G. PérezBeautiful and curious castle that is born of a church. It is very well restored. They show you a video of the history of the Castle and a 3D simulation with the different reforms suffered over the centuries, which then allows you to traverse all public understanding each of its corners. It has a very well-designed interpretation Center, explaining the evolution of the valle del Tiétar from prehistoric times to the present day.
Javier GonzalezWell-preserved medieval Caatillo. The second wall is slightly damaged
Pedro Lozano LópezVery good restoration
J PalitosCastillo recovered with film screening to get into situation. Recommended 100%
