  • The estate was left to a gallant ancestors, which helped in the liberation of Jerez against the Moors, as spoils of war. The House is from a Muslim family. The family history of the Viceroy in South America, the one the descendant of the "count of the Andes" personally told, is very interesting. We were led through the historic rooms, the many pictures and furniture were declared (almost like in an art gallery). Also the architecture of the time with courtyards and physical conditioning is impressive. Yet the overall impression is somewhat bleak, some not very neat effect, every now and then falls the plaster from the walls. A few years and the House could be used as a backdrop for an old-school horror movie without that one would have to change big.

  • The Palace tells a piece of city history passed down from one of his oldest and most important families. The visit to the building is very interesting and informative, especially thanks to the guidance of the same owners, who, by room, per room will reveal the secrets. Only criticism is the price of 7 euro for input that is a bit too high.

  • Grand Palace, should not fail to see it, and the story fascinating, we don't know what we have in Jerez. Bravo to the relatives to open it and share it. Thank you.
