  • From the parador de Oroel leaves the path that takes you to the cruz de Oroel. It is not a climb with difficulty, but the thirty and curved beak or zigzags between trees and stones are endless and boring. When you finally leave the trees there is a detour to the cross and the other to the Hermitage more bearable trails and already from far away you can see the huge cross that crowns the top. This last section that runs along a hillside among small shrubs and plants and flowers is more pleasant and although there is still a corridor you get without realizing, especially on a clear day views are spectacular. In times of heat this stretch of hillside will be hard due to the high temperatures, so it is better to upload to first hour and don't forget wear hat and sunscreen. Once up enjoy the scenery, taking some pictures and eat lunch between so much tranquillity is a luxury which is worth the climb. Above also sticks quite wind, wear clothes to get or change and not be cold after the sweat. Almost 2 hours of ascent to normal step with several stops to drink water and rest for a few minutes. 70 mins of descent.
