  • Not only is worth seeing the castle outside, but it also is interesting to enter and see the cosmolarium. It seemed to us a very interesting and entertaining visit.

  • A very friendly place, housed in a castle used in the past by Arab for the visualization of the star culture, inside a small museum and a walk on the origins of the big education there is bang and stars with simple definitions up to the little ones to enjoy and know everything about space. You also have a nice vantage point from which you can admire the landscape with binoculars fixed anchored. All spectacular. I recommend it

  • Located Cosmolarium the castle of Hornos de Segura is a genuine surprise. Even if you find a sign that announces it several miles from the town, at the junction for new farmhouses, normally goes unnoticed if you are attentive to the (very quiet) road or the beauty of the landscape. It is worth a visit with sufficient time and is recommended to be attentive to the schedules of opening and closing. Entry costs €3. It is a very appropriate for all, especially children and students, also for all those interested in astronomy and the Cosmos... In the main tower, or tribute videos are projected and you can handle a distance a camera with zoom and 360 degree rotation. The views are spectacular. There is a telescopic viewfinder on the terrace to entertain you further observing the surroundings... across the mountains and forests and olive groves, distant villages, the reservoir of the stride... and the village of furnaces at your feet. It is a very interesting visit. Highly recommended.
