  • I must say that inside only I can comment photos because when we went it was closed already. But the door of the main façade is spectacular. It is solid and very high. The Moorish arches are precious and the columns adorn it in a spectacular way. It is worth stopping to take a picture. In addition, there is an iron sculpture of Easter to the side and one of the figures seems to Gandalf. Funny for a photo. :)

  • The Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, dating back to the 13th century or beginning of the 14th century, Mudejar style, mainly built with brick and masonry. Stresses its brick Tower, as well as a gallery with wood columns in front and East of the ship, which belongs to the Alcarria from the beginning of the 16th century Renaissance. Inside are three aisles with Baroque influence.

  • The cover, the portico and the Tower mudejar exude. The interior, restored a few years ago, has discovered original Moorish walls, of which witnesses have been so that visitors judge. The Baroque stucco altarpiece is a rarity and very beautiful. The side chapels are worth a look. To highlight the excellent acoustics of the temple, which is exceptional for the concerts of sacred music.

  • Must-see if you are coming to Guadalajara. Surrounded by areas of payment for parking. Remodeled recently. Well worth your visit and especially if it is in Holy week
