  • The House of Garcia lorca found inside the Park Federico garcia lorca, which I can assure you be gorgeous for mind and spirit! Here you can enjoy the Sun, do sports, go for a walk with your dog, jog, do yoga, reading a good book and if you love photography, do millions of photos filled with curiosity, colors and perspectives. Walking, found the House in the middle of the park with virtually all plants gardeners who take care:)

  • A few kilometres from Granada is located the House where the poet Federico García Lorca was born... There his crib and a patio with fountain. At the end of the visit on the second floor a small museum. To exit if you cross the street, you find another exhibition with graphic work in three dimensions. Again takes the car and head to Valderrubio where a beautiful House there is where the poet lived part of his childhood and youth. You can visit inside in what was the drying of tobacco, a theatre where is projected an excellent compendium on the life and work of Federico. I think that the poet was born poet but without those landscapes and family and social environments, without that vega who saw him grow, the poet's work had never penetrated in so much depth and rightly so. If you go to Fuente Vaqueros to visit the House Museum don't miss Valderrubio House or House of the Huerta de San Vicente, nor Alfacar.

Where to stay in Granada

Granada is built in a valley looking up to the majestic Alhambra, and most visitors choose to stay where the view can be admired. Plaza Nueva, just down the hill from the Alhambra entry gates, constitutes the touristic center of the city. Many of the famous free-tapas bars and lively restaurants line this famous plaza, as well as a number of small hotels and apartment rentals. Found directly behind the plaza are the city's two historical old Moorish quarters, Albayzín and El Sacramonte, which are characterized by their narrow winding streets and picturesque whitewashed buildings. Here you'll find a number of charming hotels with hillside views of the Alhambra and city center.
