  • The only Spanish-owned and Spanish-built mosque in Spain. Modern (2003), open (not the actual prayer room, usually) across the Valley of the Alhambra, with glory views of Granada, the Alhambra and the Generalife. An open branch of Islam who want to be an active part of the community. The members are mainly marrokanske immigrants and Spanish converts. Well worth a visit!

  • I recommend a visit to this mosque, since eradicates spirituality and a mystique that will transport you to the center of an ancient culture.

  • A beautiful prayer space with comfortable facilities for women and good ablution facilities. Additionally it is located in a a quaint part of Granada with an amazing view of Alhambra. I sat in the courtyard and wondered "if these stones could speak, what tales they would tell!"
  • Beautiful mosque, next to the Mirador de San Nicolas. I had the pleasure of doing the Friday prayers there, it was magical!
  • The mosque is always open for the prayer, and the courtyard has opening hours for visitors. It is a very friendly and beautiful place. Highly recommend.
  • We went there at 7 pm and get rejected rudely. I pointed at the sign with opening hour to the guard and it showed that it was open till 9pm. The guard just started to say something racist and we are not welcome here.
  • Beautiful masjid
