  • We already know the formula of revitalizing the old markets, some with more success than others. East of Granada is successful gathers a few posts of meats, fish, seafood that you can be prepared to taste at the time. Note a small post a Gourmet corner, with good cheeses, wines, oils, etc. Degusta Casa Carmina is called, if it is only worth of the visit to the market

  • We stop at the Olives stand to taste an assortment of things to base of olives with a small glass of white wine. Very good, very fresh, € 20 for two (a little expensive for olives but there was a very nice assortment). I recommend the places because it's really nice to make the content of the really cool booths (shell fish stand, stand hams,... there for everyone)

  • Nice local food, great place to meet with your friend and start the "tapeo"
  • Nice place to buy cheese and meat wine and olive oil. Many choices. Clean. Good vibe
  • A nice market, you can eat there or buy local groceries.
  • Less touristy than a lot of other Mercado's that we saw but with a great array of products.
  • Great local market. Prices of fruits and vegetables that are in the order of one third, or half the UK price. Besides the fruit at home comes from here. Fresh fish in sight. Meat to buy where you see the local women who purchase for their homes
