  • My partner and I went to see the House because in my teens I had to study at García Lorca. I got to learn several of his works from memory and I have to say it is impressing to see your House, your bed, your family, etc. The guide is great and the great room. The only thing to stand out as a negative: the lack of air conditioning in the House, we were talking with the girls and put a claim demanding that someone take action in this regard. I just hope they have served something. Thanks to both as good morning.

  • I went with him as a professional, a group of U.S. students. The treatment was bad. Guide that attended them divided into two groups threw them on face which was their "breakfast time" and he was doing them a favor taking care of them. The Group had paid for a service between 09:30 and 10:30, at no time became the visit that after-hours. In the end, an announced visit of half an hour remained in 12 minutes for the first group and 14 minutes for the second. A shame that people without professionalism is in charge of a place so emblematic as the Casa Museo de García Lorca. I hope that this has been something merely anecdotal, because at the professional level it leaves much to be desired.

  • If you admire the poet, can not miss the visit to his home: his piano, his bed, his desk and many photos that remind us of the injustice that was missed so young. It is a walk from the Centre, and although I expected to find many more things inside the House, the fact of stepping on where he stepped on, already worth. The entrance is €3 and is not allowed to take pictures. We were alone that day, since there was no one more, so we enjoyed the double. There is a guide that provides basic information, and seeing that we were freaks, left us to our air, something that is appreciated. Indispensable if you admire to Lorca.

  • The House has duende, but the public do not care. Those who sell only ballots speak Spanish, unacceptable in a place so crowded. They are dressed in "a foot" no distinctive suggests that they work there. Make the home visit only halfway. Tourist are behind in years, should make an effort to improve this important aspect. He would return without problems, as García crazy is who interests me.

  • Mandatory for all "lorquiano" or loving place of universal literature. The Guide explained us visit, Super, which sells tickets, not so much. Cannot be photos inside the Museum. The best, the room of Federico!

  • A very nice Park in which being able to sit down to rest, to stroll or do sports. The only problem that has is it sticking to the highway and when more crowded there is much fuss car

  • The place has so much charm and is well maintained. The House is preserved as is. It has photographs and original drawings by Lorca. However, visit leaves much to be desired. You sell jna visit giiada which is not so. The guide is limited to open the door and go for the hosts. Little more. They tell you that l visifa lasts about 45 minutes. Ours lasted less than twenty. The Guide showed reluctance and I don't know if I was or not much knowledge because barely gave us information. A shame because the place is very nice and it could have been a visit that would have provided much information. It was not.

  • If you're lorquiano it is a visit of an unspeakable emotion. The presence of Federico in those places is exciting.

Where to stay in Granada

Granada is built in a valley looking up to the majestic Alhambra, and most visitors choose to stay where the view can be admired. Plaza Nueva, just down the hill from the Alhambra entry gates, constitutes the touristic center of the city. Many of the famous free-tapas bars and lively restaurants line this famous plaza, as well as a number of small hotels and apartment rentals. Found directly behind the plaza are the city's two historical old Moorish quarters, Albayzín and El Sacramonte, which are characterized by their narrow winding streets and picturesque whitewashed buildings. Here you'll find a number of charming hotels with hillside views of the Alhambra and city center.
