  • The school is located in the Centre of granada, close to all. I've liked to learn Spanish in a friendly and very nice atmosphere. I recommend to go to school. Yet many thanks to all the professors.

  • I am retired and was nervous about attending a language school and feeling out of place. This school is fantastic. I felt very comfortable in a group class of various ages, all bar one younger than me...  more »
  • Delengua is a very special school - the teachers are very good and funny, the other students are great, there are many fun and interesting excursions and many other social activities. I've learned a lot, I have made many friends, and I've spent three wonderful weeks! Thanks Delengua :)

  • I had an incredible time at this school. I lived above the classrooms and made great connections with everyone there. The staff was so helpful and flexible. My boyfriend came and visited for a week and loved taking classes also. I would love to return in the future!
  • very nice school. The teachers are super friendly and full of power. The classes are small and the learning great.
  • I absolutely loved my time studying Spanish at this school! I am in Granada for a couple of months so I was looking to learn the basics of the language at the beginning, in order to improve the rest of my time in the city. I took the 2 weeks course and I can confidently say I learned so much in a such short amount of time! I am also more confident in speaking to locals, so it's definitely easier to just add to the learned skills as I go along. The classes run in the morning, whilst the afternoons or evenings are reserved for all kinds of social activities, which is what makes Delengua so good! You learn the language and then get to practice it whilst getting to know new people. The activities range from social tapas night, to movie nights, trips to the major attractions in Granada, cooking lessons and so on. The teachers and staff at the school make it such a good experience as well, you could tell they are really enjoying teaching you and put a lot of effort into it, and are just generally incredibly nice, fun and helpful. I also felt grateful to be surrounded by like-minded students, people from all nationalities and ages. I didn't really know what to expect when I first started, but I made so many friends after just 2 weeks! All in all, my time at Delengua has been a great experience and the skills I have learned here are priceless!
  • It has been over a month since I attended Delengua and while reflecting on my experience I am very satisfied. I attended Delengua for 8 weeks, with 4 weeks of group classes and then finishing the last 4 weeks of Individual classes so I can really dive deeper into my own subject material. The teachers all know their material very well. I took classes with both Fran and Susanna, which I felt were masters of their field and just generally intelligent people... particularly Fran... that guy gives a direct transmission of knowledge. The have wonderful activities daily that really builds a sense of community within the school, which also enables you to easily explore the features of the surrounding area. Prior to my time at Delengua I did a language immersion program with a University in Oviedo, which was very mediocre... Also, I am also a person with high expectations when I am spending money and am quick to criticize. But Delengua continuously met them, and whenever I wasn't happy I only had to speak with the Administration and they would solve the problem..... and for Spain... the classes mostly started on time. My only request would be for them to start an additional Course " Cómo ligar con Españolas y El Estillo de España"
  • This is a fantastic language school that all language educators should use as an example. The staff are enthusiastic, interested in their students and very friendly. The relationship between teachers and students is more like a relationship between friends and acquaintances than between teachers and students. This creates a wonderful environment for learning. Classes are full of conversation which is key for learning any language. There is never a dull moment. Students are also generally friendly. The school is also located in the Albycin and the surrounding streets are fun to explore. Granada is a small, but diverse, historic and beautiful city. I highly recommend booking accommodation through the school because my accommodation was excellent. Most of the accommodation is in the school building, however mine was less than five minutes away in the Albycin. In a rented house that is shared with Delengua students but also University of Granada students. The view from this place was spectacular and definitely a significant contributor to my enjoyment and learning. I highly recommend this school. I arrived with not a word of Spanish, and 4 weeks later left with the ability to hold basic conversations, but it's enough for anyone who wants to get around Spain. I want to add that I am currently studying in another school in Seville. I feel that this school could learn a lot from Delengua despite being bigger. I will be back.
