Navigate the cobblestone paths and alleys of one of Europe's best-preserved Jewish ghettos, Patronat Call de Girona. Until the expulsion of Jews from Spain in 1492, Girona was home to Catalonia's second-most prominent Jewish community. Explore Calle de la Força, the main street of the neighborhood, and the narrow corridors that branch from it. Make sure you also check out the ruins of the Torre Gironella and the Arab Baths. For context, pay a visit to the Museu d'Història dels Jueus de Girona to learn all about medieval Jewish life in the quarter. • The part old of Gerona is beautiful, super medieval, full of streets chiquititas, shops, restaurants, squares, etc. EVERYTHING is cute and this street is no exception. You have to dedicate a MIDI at least to wander through its streets.

  • Girona has proved to be a great city, there is something to see: a very interesting Cathedral walls on which you can make a memorable walk along the River with bridges and historic buildings, traditional Jewish quarter. For me, this city was better than expected, the scale of small, recommend, it is quite possible to meet for half a day.
