  • Aquarium of Gijon, in Poniente Beach, in the heart of Gijón, a relatively new place with about 2,000 m² of exhibition, with many freshwater and saltwater aquariums, a room for events and other educational educational, marine species recovery area. There are sharks in between 2 meters. good to complement the visit to Gijon... pretty but normal...

  • I'm from Gijón and at least once a year I like to come with the girls. It is a space very well spent and cozy with a wide variety of species. No doubt the only downside to come more often is that it is not very cheap. You must visit in Gijón.

  • I went in December with my partner and I think that I will I return if I come back to do it. Fifteen euros for entrance per head seems a tad expensive, especially when many species could not see them. Posters distributed by several areas of the Aquarium, showed us that the animals in question were hibernating hidden anywhere. A little disappointing, the truth.

  • Lovely aquarium for the variety of fish and the shark tunnel. I was very concerned seeing the 'otter' and 'penguin' displays. Each display only had one animal. It was pretty sad to see one penguin sitting huddled in the corner, considering they're used to living in a group.
  • Good way to kill some time on a rainy day. It felt a little it dark and dingy but to be fair there was plenty to see and all the info is in English too. You won't be there all day but a couple of hours should do it. €15 is an OK price.
  • A little expensive for what it is, well laid out however. Some concerns about the size of the Otter 'display' seemed very small for such an active creature.
  • Small but cheaper than most aquariums so worth a visit. Good variety of marine life.
  • Best. Aquarium. Ever. I would literally travel to Asturias again just for this aquarium. so interactive, it blew me away.
