  • The fact that the volcano Teneguia you originated the last eruption of the island (1971) makes it a unique place with a totally alien landscape where some timid pioneer plants are just beginning to colonize lava flows and volcanic dust. The contrasts between these plants and the black lava make excursions into the area absolutely unforgettable.
