  • This lighthouse, as well as fellow Island Far de Barbaria, is a great place where to see the Mediterranean Sea, well dawn or by contrast sunset (depending on the lighthouse which you run). We visited it in the morning and there was no one more. It was a brilliant momentazo to relax and get a few photos :)

  • As all lighthouses situated facing the sea, it is located in a lonely place. Under it there is some stunning cliffs. It seems that there was a time that was guarded by the Guardia Civil. It can not be accessed with the. It was closed. I don't know if it is operational. Before reaching the lighthouse, from El Pilar de la Mola, currency Tramuntana Beach and the South of the island. Now seems to be, and according to the journal of Ibiza, Balearic Government wants to convert the lighthouse into a Maritime Museum which is also the center of interpretation of light signals. The work would begin at the end of the year 2017.
