  • Before there was the bus station, then came stunning fountains (where are they now?!), then appeared sculptures and columns of flowers. Sometimes here spend their holidays. Nice size for peredyha or for racing on the bike or scooter for babies.

  • Square with charm and atmosphere, as there are several bars and restaurants in the square that offer their services.

  • Plaza of recent construction is established before where the bus station, has no soul, story or personality, best thing that has happened there was the concert by Felipe Campuzano last year 2015 and the best that has is the churrería's corner and the sympathetic Eve serving you.

  • . I just LOVE this little market! The little square is cute, too. It used to be the site of the bus station, but that was demolished a few years ago, and this delightful square built in its place. There is a statue in the middle, a great mural on one of the walls, flowers everywhere (well, this IS Estepona, the Garden of the Costa del Sol!), and a water game in the middle which squirts out water occasionally in the evenings, to the delight of the children. In high season there are also bikes and scooters and other semi-mechanised rides to hire. There are a couple of very pleasant bars around it too. And on Sunday morning, from 10.00 to 1.30, there is the Farmers' Market. Not many stalls, but to be allowed to sell here, you have to have your vegetable plots within the Estepona municipal boundary. So it's all local fresh stuff. This means that it is also the produce that is in season now. You won't get peaches in January nor tomatoes in March. They are there when they are ripe. They may also be misshapen, with soil on them, but wow, is this stuff tasty! And very good value too. Take a big bag and fill it up - there's fruit and vegetables, including a stall run by a Chinese couple selling exotic veg, and someone selling home-made hams and charcuterie, plus occasionally a craft stall or two. Delicious! Finish off with a coffee and a roll in one of the cafes nearby. Enjoy . . . .
  • Always nice, just a pity that no more stalls.

  • It is worth buying here. The products are excellent and very good prices. You should go early because the people it buys everything very fast.
