4.1/5 based on 85 reviews on the web
Cala Tuent in on Majorca, Spain's largest island, located in the Mediterranean Sea and part of the Balearic Islands archipelago. The beach has a length of 180 meters, the middle width amounts to 55 meters. Flints, stones and small sand surfaces alternate. By the elongated water surface of the sea cut a moderate undulation exists within the bay. The water quality is excellent. Outside of the marked swimming surface there are colder, partially strong currents. The bay is not supervised by rescue floats. Boat traffic is minimal. There are some few houses located on the relatively steep hillsides enclosing the bay. The hills are mostly overgrown with pine trees where olive trees are located behind the beach.

  • Get is heavy, but it is worthwhile without buildings, with animals around, surrounded by high mountains, already there are few like this

  • My girlfriend and I were in Majorca this summer and have searched a Bay in the vicinity of a day. Through a postcard I have become coincidentally aware on the Cala Tuent. Alone the journey (by car) is an experience, because it runs over the several kilometres long serpentine towards SA Calobra (much to run over!), a signpost marked the crossing to the turn. You can park on the street in front of the Bay. The Rocky Beach (bathing shoes advantage) provides crystal clear water and is super quiet. The Outlook with Bay in front of the nose and the Tramuntana mountains in the back is great. Especially on Sundays only locals are making the beach day something else exciting. You need not search gastronomy, because there is no nearby. This is the quiet but not bad for and missing tourists are worth!

  • Wild Beach, no sun beds, no toilet nor shower. Pebble, if there are slippers, better visit them at sea. The water is clear, there are fish, you can snorkel. Sometimes there are jellyfish, beware!
