  • The very pretty frills, a little left by the carelessness of the people that we are going. The good thing is that I just got a fine of the dgt for parking on a road in which there were more than 30 vehicles. €80 per infringement. It annoys me to think it makes with tax collection effort since don't subtract you points. In the end we will pay and will not return, nor will make spending at restaurants in the area as in the Cardenete.

  • View of erosion in the limestone with semi pools that make up the river bed. Beautiful, cold water, better wear neoprene, and caution continues to be a natural course with its risks.

  • They are an almost heavenly place that consists of a series of pools of cold water on waterfall way and has done nature with the passage of time are a little difficult to access them since they are about 4 km from a village a little lost among mountains called Enguídanos. Parking it is complicated and is not place for elderly or who have disabled access because although the waters are not brave if there is some risk and is not secure. Please if someone reads this not to soil or throw away cigarette butts because at the end they prohibit the introduction.

  • LAS CHORRERAS (CUENCA) these impressive natural Gorges are located about 5 km north of Enguídanos and access to them by car until the old Lucas de Urquijo hydroelectric facilities. It is a very shallow waters river, with a series of waterfalls, natural waterfalls, pools and lagoons. The name is due to the succession of "Jets" which are located along the riverbed of the river Cabriel, a river that runs between rocky canyon walls where the Cabriel is reinforced among waterfalls. The waterfalls are spreading over more than one kilometer and a half. The tufas is not a very well known site even for the Cuenca and taking into account the particularity of the environment. The bathroom here is the sole responsibility of the BATHER, should be very careful with the floods of the flow, since the flow is regulated by the hydroelectric power. Foot access is free of charge. It is a unknown and therefore is not really conditioning for certain tourism, as for example people with limitations, or carts for children. There are no changing rooms, showers or restrooms, something that could be improved. It is imperative to bring water shoes, never flip-flops and clothing fair, else can leave it in the car, then save us some scare. LOCATION: In the village of Enguídanos, you take the road CU-V - 5014 northbound (Cardenete) and continue along it following the directions of "Las Chorreras" or "The homes" (are former employees of the plant facilities). We will arrive at an abandoned Church, we Park, (to 300 meters of the place), then we continue on foot, down to las Chorreras. IMPORTANT NOTE! ;0) is a pity that we should leave these wonders that mother nature offers us. It costs nothing to be a bag where to deposit the garbage of each, thus among all take care of this wonderful environment.
