  • To get there follow the indications that there are in the village, always going to the top of the same. See a path that takes you to a parking lot and starting from there awaits a good walk with views of the Sierra de gredos mountains and the villages of la Vera cataracts. It is advisable to go with footwear type trekking, Cap and water in summer. That camera is missing you. The road is not suitable for people with difficulty walking and of course inaccessible to people in wheelchairs. If you do all the way to the village top and back are about two hours in quiet plan. There is an area with the remains of as houses and another which have been reconstructed huts to make us idea were organized of how lived. During the trip we found a vantage point to see a Gorge where we get water from the same mountain. The views are spectacular.

  • With culture because you see remains of the Celtic castro and even if you dare to nearly the top of the mountain to see his paintings. He has 4 hours minimum to make this recirrido of difficulty average and 12-16 kms depending on where you go (there are several roads to get to the cave paintings). Much in the spring, perhaps not for summer liked there are just trees.

  • A really interesting archaeological site with a rich history. It's better to visit the site on a guided tour so that you can actually enter the houses and hear the narration from an expert. Otherwise, you'll have to be content to walk around the perimeter fence and just look. Best time to go is early in the morning in the summer to avoid the heat.
  • Very nice view, beautiful area with numerous paths for walking. Highly recommended to visit this mountain like who. The castro is worth to see it, but that in the middle of second half of July that are closed houses rebuilt and does not have nor an informative poster of schedules takes a star.
