  • The best I've done. Easy, simple, fun, to take photos, you can stop to eat where sea and close to the river. Swim, disconnect... Has influx of public and is signposted. It is about 5-6kms and it lasts a couple of hours or three at most. I recommend it 100%.

  • We started the trail by Benamahoma where there is parking just at the entrance of the village. From there down towards the forest following the path that follows the banks of the river crossing it several times. The little river is very bumpy with jumps and scrambled eggs, which is very refreshing and energetic. The vegetation is very varied and plentiful, with sinuous trees bent by moisture. We we went back after going down for an hour, less than 3 km away, as soon as we reached a parking lot near the forest. A very pleasant and surprising, walk more of some area more wet as Galicia.
