  • Beautiful monastery of monks, creators of the famous Trappist MONASTERY chocolates and sell a milk very rich! I recommend its purchase. The visit is free and they have certain hours Gregorian chants of the monks who are precious.

  • It is worth going to hear sing to the Trappist monks, the peace and calm that. A place of prayer is by what is not in good taste to go visit to disturb, respect timetables and not to interrupt the prayers of the monks. Highly recommended to hear the Salve

  • Is a cozy place, although along the tract of the BIRD, if breathes the tranquillity of the Cistercian monasteries, in this place of Trappist monks with vow of silence and austerity, though the latter could be questioned seeing its huge plantations near the monastery and the factory of the famous chocolates La Trapa, the worst is the deal when you arrive without reservation , although the hospedería is empty, can be misleading advertising their website where it was announced "the brothers will receive with kindness and reverence all those who Divine Providence Guide to the monastery..." should be added if they are in mercedes and contracted reservation. Interesting the cover of the Church, all that remains of the old Abbey and the Salve Regina, only singing in latin

  • A Trappist Abbey in asset today is exceptional. The place and surroundings convey peace and silence that can be heard in every day. Without architectural barriers in access and parking (free). Shop of artisan cheeses by the community, so nourish body and soul.

  • Monastery where he lived and died San Rafael Arnáiz. You can visit the chapel where his remains lie and nothing else. Shop with milk from cows that the monks exploited. Also cheese.
