  • We entered by chance to the Collegiate Church since we already left the village when we see in 10 minutes starting a guided inside to see the cloister and the imposing Museum which contains. It is a church of the late Gothic built on a previous Romanesque and that, as most interesting points, it houses the graves of the founder of Castilla, Fernán González and his spouse Sancha. The most impressive thing, without a doubt, is the triptych of the three kings of the 15th century and found in a fantastic state of preservation. Only to see this piece the visit worthwhile. Also mention the guide who accompanied us and gave a lesson in history of Castile during the tour. Since then it is 100% recommendable if you visit Covarrubias.

  • It is a beautiful Collegiate Church which, while not spectacular, is well preserved. The guided visit to the cloister and Museum is short and enjoyable.
