  • We arrived at Covarrubias guided by the story of the Princess Kristina and the Infante of Castile. We wanted to visit his grave, next to the cloister of this temple, so take this opportunity and pay the € 2.50 for the guided tour of the Museum. Several rooms with many works of great beauty, highlighting the triptych of the three kings among some other pieces of great value and beauty. The Guide, a deep knowledge of the history of this country, explains in detail the origin and maintenance of each piece, and although his way of expressing himself does not fit with our tastes (perhaps somewhat monotonous and serious) should recognize that you know the history of every corner of the temple inside out.

  • With the title of collegiate church you always expect something differential. But this is not the case, unless the cloister is a marvel; but you have to wait for specific hours to show on tour, allegedly paying and throughout your visit to this condition, as most not can comment. Nor can say that they are very friendly and eager to teach it. Or an explanation in the collegiate church. Better ask information and tourism. Nor the façade makes it stand out, auqneu is located in a nice square.

  • We went to visit once again, and the first thing that we find is a lady who gave us a guided tour that we did not want to. We went to the chapel of worship to pray awhile and then they came to tell us that this Chapel is not for tourism and almost drove us there. I do not think to never enter again. A penalty.

  • Jewel of our heritage. The visit to the Church is free. The visit to the clausto and the Museum is payment (2.5 Euros). Guided tour of the best that I have been able to enjoy for a long time. The guide is a person of the people with impressive knowledge and incredible ease to transmit and make you enjoy the visit (even for children). It not only explains the collegiate but makes you feel interest and curiosity for history in general. Visit essential.

  • Quality, and very enjoyable guided tour is worthwhile. For the organizers of the Museum: Please, never put audio guides, the person that we attended of the inestimable added value

  • The old banner of Castile covering the sarcophagus containing the remains of Fernán González, puts the beautiful tip to any Spanish self-respecting. The rest of the collegiate church, spectacular and the organ a marvel

  • Collegiate Church with lots of history. The visit is free but it deserves an economic contribution for maintenance. They also have a guided tour.

  • You can visit the Church for free. There are guided visits to the cloisters, Museum and sacristy. The cloister is quite neglected, one of the rooms of the Museum with a mudejar ceiling there is quite beautiful and curious windows wood shaped needles as the Cathedral of Burgos there is a smell of wood or moisture something annoying in the rooms of the Museum triptych of the Magi is your main work
