  • We entered by chance when he saw the door open. There we commented on the guided visit which we aim. Although the hicimios with the official guide for being with a large group, was not very good, we were accompanied by the pastor. It has the graves of several historical figures of as high importance as count Fernán González which is regarded as first King of Castile, his spouse Doña Sancha or their daughters. Note also the Iberian organa of the collegiate church, one of the oldest in Spain and we were lucky to hear because they were rehearsing for the Sunday mass, in which he always used it. In the cloister is the tomb of Princess Cristina, arrival from Norway and, according to legend, died of punishment in Seville. In the Museum several works outstanding including the retablo de la Adoración de los Reyes Magos, Gil de Siloé and others that do not detract.

  • It was by pure chance that we visit the Church and the Museum, as we were walking in covarrubias and step the Museum Guide said that in 5 minutes he began the tour. We were five people. It was wonderful, to work so beautiful and old as dating back to the 15th century. It is worth discovering the entrance to the sacristy by a secret sunset having a wing Dela Church. The triptych losreyes magicians in a work to admire, tioen movement and I recommend abienrtamnte to visit it. Treasure of humanity.

  • Jewel of our heritage. The visit to the Church is free. The visit to the clausto and the Museum is payment (2.5 Euros). Guided tour of the best that I have been able to enjoy for a long time. The guide is a person of the people with impressive knowledge and incredible ease to transmit and make you enjoy the visit (even for children). It not only explains the collegiate but makes you feel interest and curiosity for history in general. Visit essential.

  • Collegiate Church that is worth a visit. There is a good guided tour to the Museum of the collegiate church. Noteworthy is the cloister, where the infanta Cristina of Norway, is buried and the triptych of the Magi.
