  • This House is an art gallery. Is really beautiful, is more than just a nicely decorated interior, it's art. There you can watch images of Manrique, his sculptures and other projects on Lanzarote. There is also a shop where you can buy copies of the works of Manrique, t-shirts, jewelry and other souvenirs. Definitely worth a visit is the place to see how creative he was its owner.

  • It is essential to better understand the architecture of the island and know what the artist contributed to it.

  • See the works and works of César Manrique was spectacular. Facilities and WC were super clean and well-kept. Invest one morning to go to the Foundation is worthwhile! Outside there is free parking.

  • Great place to visit if in the area-I personally loved all the artwork in his home and the interesting way he built his house in the lava bubbles. Lovely to walk around and discuss-might not interest children as much as adults but I was intrigued. Not a place that I would spend all day in but worth an hour or two trip! Most of the problem was that there wasn't a lot of shade around when walking through the gardens so I got very hot whilst walking around. Great for pictures though and a fabulous walk!
  • Despite learning about Spanish artists in my A-Level, I had not heard of Cesar Manrique. His stamp is ALL OVER Lanzarote. His house is no exception. As an art piece, its a beautiful place, each room is different and stark white, contrasting with the volcanic rock and lush vegetation. Not sure how it worked as a comfortable place to live. Definitely a place to visit!
  • Quite popular with tourist coaches, hence can be busy, but easy to see why. A fascinating place, nice and cool underground, loads of artwork to admire. Shop and free wifi area.
  • A foundation for helping artists, set in the former home of Cesar Manrique (artist) which is beautiful. Some famous artists work are on show (Picasso). I liked the style of the house, set in lava bubbles.
  • You should see this. César manrique was An amazing Guy for Lanzarote. His Buildings and artwork are amazing.
