  • This is a fantastic spectacular walk much of which is along a cliff edge boardwalk over a deep gorge. Not for those who suffer from vertigo. The walk is about 7k in total and is not a loop. It starts ...  more »
  • Since the reopening in 2015 is this impressive Gorge perfectly safe. The most impressive part is at the end with a metal suspension bridge over the Gorge. Tip for tickets: 2 options, 1., 2. purchases in advance online at 9 am at the entrance (Please note, it is a half hour walk from the car park to the entrance), and 1 of the available tickets purchases (limited number)

  • Fantastic and fairly easy hike. Amazing views as you can see in the pictures. Great tour guide. The parking can be a bit annoying so plan to get there early. There is a bus back from the end of the hike but be sure to buy a ticket in advance. It can be a scramble. I would compare the sites to Zion National Park in the States.
  • Don't hesitate, it's wonderful. The views and scenery will take your breath away. I think they have done a great job turning something hazardous into something that everyone can enjoy safely yet still experience the thrill of a unique journey and landscape. You might have a fear of heights but you will feel pleasantly secure due to the very high build quality throughout the route. We just turned up without booking without any issues. Late afternoon is best and the last bus at exit returning you to the start leaves at 8pm.
  • Great scenery, rather gentle hike if I can call it that way. More of a walk. Definitely worth visiting when in the area. Amazing history that's for sure and amazing work you guys have done to make accessible to public under this co conditions. Well done!
  • Well worth a visit. This has definitely been a highlight of our holiday. Once in a lifetime experience. Don't hesitate book it 😊
  • Truly fantastic, and definitely worth a trip. Breathtaking views, not for the faint-hearted or those suffering from vertigo. The guided tour is worth it, though only given in fluent Spanish (unsurprisingly) and basic English. If you are traveling there by public transport please check times carefully. The best way is via train to Alora and then bus/taxi to El Chorro.
