  • A small free Museum for European nationals. Some works and without much interest except a splendid canvas by Julio Romero de Torres. Do not hesitate to cross the courtyard to visit the Museum of the painter. The visit is paid but extraordinary.

  • This museum is, together with the of Julio Romero de Torres, in the renovated Hospital de la Caridad, with entrance through a garden through the Plaza del Toro. When we were there was a mixture of sculptures, masks and antique paintings (from 1300 to 1600) and other more modern (1800, 1900 and 2000) saw a painting of the cordovan painter "Andalusian laziness" of 1900, very cute, with light and dark fantasy game (his Museum is across the lovely garden and has a large collection) I also liked "iris" de La Maldita Costilla a modern collection of paintings sculptures. A "Christ tied to the column" of Alejo Fernández, in 1496. The "immaculate conception" of Antonio Palomino in 1700. There are many beautiful works more. I don't remember well, but I think this museum was free. It was created in 1843 and moved to the current site in 1861.
