(3.9/5 based on 420+ reviews on the web)
A stone cross inspired by Friar Diego José de Cádiz, Cristo de los Faroles is located in Córdoba's most attractive square. The monument is protected by a small fence surrounded by lanterns, which earned it the nickname of "Christ of the Lanterns." When the lanterns are lit the shadow of the cross casts an ephemeral outline on the buildings that backdrop it. • It is a place emblematic of this city, many tourists get to see light the lanterns and taking photos, the truth is worth going to see it and wait for the lamps are switched on

  • Lugar que visitar en Cordoba
  • This isn't a very impressive nor warm monument. It is probably prettier at night.
