  • We approach to Coca because it was us on the way back home. The exterior of the Castle it is very nice because it is quite different to most and is well preserved, however Interior already there is practically nothing because they have offices.

  • Too modern on the outside, but inside very nice Castle and few things have been saved from the last centuries. The beautiful people and fantastic area. Ideal for a day

  • Castle very rebuilt that will like to the lovers of this type of constructions to the be something different to others. The guided well although some remains weak in my opinion.

  • Beautiful Mudejar style castle, watch for the schedule since they close at lunch hours
  • This was a fabulous place to check out off the beaten path but well worth it!
  • Beautiful ruins and the cool thing is that you can walk through them
  • Don Alonso de Fonseca is one of my many great grandfathers. I think he is my 4th or 5th great grandfather. I'm looking for my relatives in Spain or Belgium David Fonsen is my great grand father. I would love to meet you and see the castle one day. I heard that it's really beautiful.
  • The first stop on a short castle tour you can take, this castle is right along the side of the road with lots of parking next to it. Since it is in a small town there are not that many people you have to complete with to take some stellar pictures. Tours are self guided and free or very cheap. from here there are several other great castles to visit if you keep driving east.
