  • Day 5 November made a trip to the Tejera Negra in the company of a few friends 12 hikers. We had booked the entrance to the car park from August and although the day he promised to be very rainy, the visit had already closed. We do not stay forced that make the trip. They were three hours of intense rain and calm the most minimum. But at the end we all felt lucky. The ride was spectacular. With the colors of the beeches, Rowan Oaks, hazelnut trees, yews..., very saturated and at their best autumn. With multicolored mushrooms and wildlife present but difficult to see. The ride is designed for lovers of hiking, but going with a guide who shows us the different botanical varieties of the place, would be highly recommended. I for example first saw Rowan of the hunters. I was impressed by the beauty of the specimen we saw near the viewpoint. Full of colors and with a multitude of berries very appreciated by the fauna of the forest. Ride is circular, leads to a viewpoint and then down to the parking lot. I do not remember the name. They were about 6 km. The promenade of ida, that passes through a coal, it was hard. If done calmly and without schedules worldwide with a minimal physical form can do so. You have said you have not there are many. It is not the Irati forest, but it is worth to see. In the end a good cooked in Albendiego (12 euros per person), put the finishing an epic excursion. Where was nature the protagonist and especially water by soil and heaven alike soak us all. Water blurring on the one hand the tour but on the other hand it made us unforgettable. Highly recommended! my congratulations to the Group GSMA hiker by magnificent planning of the RAID. There were mushrooming in the area and even included mill. A luxury for the senses!

  • Nice place, channel dry, I understand lack of rain que.x. Too many people, while it assumes that access is controlled. They should deliver map with routes to access and pay 4 euros. X parking. Parking access road is infamous, it takes a lot and there are 8 kilometers of tunnels and dust by the terrible state that is.

  • Exahusto. I could not book in the parking lot so the brave, I leave the car in the Centre of interpretation and we go way up. If what you want is to reach the beech forest make this route backwards. And then you come back to where you came. I didn't do it and I just have to do night. At 6.30 p.m. already seen little. It has been 23 km of walking. Children have made it and have not much protest, but it is tough. Go prepared with water and food, are in the field. The river if you go back along the route as if you go the other way around will be having to cross, if you are not very agile feet you wet them safe. (you can walk around the track, but it is more expensive and more boring). Go for grassland and be guided by signals of the coto. The left margin, according to the water is best. The rest discover by yourself.

  • We did the 18 km route which departs from the center of interpretation. Beautiful landscapes until reaching the beech forest, once there you can enjoy this beautiful place to return along the River up to the starting point. Easy, long and very recommendable.

  • Especially at this time of the year (autumn) is a beautiful, recommended site to visit for lovers of hiking both the photograph of landscape. It is necessary to book well in advance the entry and the cost are € 4 per car. The reserve allows you to Park within the park itself along with the start of the main path, not book if there is a car park outside the Park and will have to walk the 8 km that until the beech forest.

  • Beautiful forest of beeches and pines with some yews and Serval. Ideal excursion with children if you leave the parking (must book in high season). We were the 1st of October and still was not reddish, it would have been better in the second half of October or first of November.
