Coves de Campanet, Campanet
(4.4/5 based on 320+ reviews on the web)
Take a guided tour of cave chambers with crystal-clear pools for floors and stalagmite-decorated ceilings at Coves de Campanet. The chambers bear seductive names, such as the "Romantic Chamber" and "The Castle," which befit the natural opulence of the formations. The chambers are spread across a 3,200 sq m (34,445 sq ft) area and reach a depth of 50 m (164 ft). The tour makes a pleasant retreat from the heat in Serra de Tramutana. • We find that this is the most beautiful cave in Majorca. It is not excessive, it is listed also no big fuss but the multilingual guide is almost familial in many visitors.

  • Although it is a cave rather small is beautiful, very beautiful, with many formations to enjoy. The road runs through the middle of them. For me this cave and Arta are the best in Mallorca.

  • We loved coming here. The guide was really knowledgeable and could speak four languages and you could get up close and intimate with the formations. You couldn't take any photos but it didn't affect the experience in anyway. The cafe was also lovely - it did really good lunch food, coffee/ tea and the best was the apple tart - go there for that if nothing else! Additionally they have 30 cats there so if you love cats (like we do) then you will love it :)
  • Pricy but beautiful. Going with our 2 kids cost us €50 (as one at 13 was charged full price). Tours took place every 45 min and our tour was about 40 people. The caves were beautiful and the tour in English and Spanish. There were 3 main caverns and the full tour took about 35 min. Nice terrace in share for snacks and drinks while you were waiting for the next tour. No photos allowed underground. Not claustrophobic but a number of steps.
  • Tour guide was lovely and great with kids, fluent in Spanish, English and German. The coves were stunning, a must see! Really well explained how they formed and the history of it. Also, the gift shop was lovely and much cheaper compared to other tourist attractions🤗
  • Lovely and quiet museum. Tour guides speak at least 4 languages and are very informative. There is also a lovely cafe with a veranda and a nice district view.
  • Very nice guide doing the tour in English, German and Spanish so everybody could understand. Coves were fascinating, definitely worth a visit.
