  • This Cape is a geographical accident off the coast of death in the municipality of Camarinas. The lighthouse points out one of the most dangerous stretches of the coast of death, but also beautiful. Very dangerous in those days of temporary.

  • The enclave of the Lighthouse is spectacular, with views to both sides of the small Cape where it is located. Is recommended the visit when the sea is stormy since is then when is appreciated in its maximum magnitude the greatness of the place. On very windy days, the wind blows there with a lot of force, to the extent that can sometimes lie to a person. It is recommended to visit a small museum located in the old premises of the lighthouse that contains suitable explanations for a description of the site. Pity that the text in Spanish of the panels is written in lowercase letters and, at times, placed in such positions that are difficult to read. The visit is free aunquye a voluntary contribution is requested. Memories are available and there is a barecito which is like a small oasis when he was flogging the storm. There is a toilet, very clean, the only one in many miles around. Visit to the lighthouse may be complemented, the days of good weather, with the tour of the dirt track that runs along the coast through the old cemetery of the English North towards Arou. To take it, when the Lighthouse is left and passed the farm, leaves to the left at a junction of great width which is, more or less, when the route passes by the first wind turbines. You must be careful since bad weather damaged it and when it leaves the coastal path plane, climbs a steep climb that may be impractical for a normal car if they have not repaired the floor. The vehicles track ends in a local paved road from which you can access various sites, both the coast and the interior.

  • A site bleak when there is storm, but on the other hand fascinating. A unique place to be able to contemplate the force of the sea.
