  • We came here to rest and play golf. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders at the appetiser made a perfect Margarita and the control and dinner the restaurant was also excellent. Not too large menu and wine list but with some fancy stuff for every wallet. The golf courses at the resort are sublime but very difficult greens. The only flaw was the sauna. At first he was quite small and, secondly, we had to checkout (20 euro p.p. per hour). The sauna was clean and we knew it was a fee but still. We will definitely return again.

  • I was at the end of October 2016. Temperature and time. The resort recently restated she is cared for in every detail and extremely stylish and comfortable. Two golf courses are of a very good standard. Especially the Stadium but also the Tour that is likely to be played by mid-level players. Staff attentive, caring and kind. A superb place to spend a few days at great prices compared to other properties, especially in Italy.

  • I was unfortunate enough to loose my sunglasses on the practice ground. Luckily my friend hand, however, found them and handed them over to the to the Concierge. When I heard of this I went to ask for them the following day but no sun glasses where to be found anywhere. Since two persons could witness that the glasses had been handed over to the Concierge the only possibility was that someone at the Concierge had made the wrong conclusion that I would not get the information that they had been found and returned to them and decided to use the opportunity to get a new pair of sun glasses of a well known brand. If this was not enough the way The Duty Manager and the Hotel Management handled the situation was similarly appalling. How the situation was handled was certainly more important that the money. I have no desire to return to PGA Catalunya nor to recommend it to anyone.
  • This is a very beautiful place! I was here for a conference. Two things that are really great are the rooms (very luxurious) and the food (delicious!). I stayed here for 4 days and every day there was a different buffet for dinner. Note that most is seafood based.
  • Beautiful environment. Close to Besalu or Girona, two wonderful towns worth visiting
  • Best friend organized his wedding there. Overall service is ok but we got cheated on our all you can drink. Starting later than agreed, finishing too early. Rude to the bride and the groom. Noisy hotel, especially housekeeping. Also the wedding food was not up to what the groom and bride had tasted before getting there. It's ok to stay there as long as you don't have high expectations. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Edit: after two days there (and the disappointment described above). Frozen fruits for breakfast (Really? In Spain?). Cold cuts, cheese and bread below the local supermarket standards. Refused to discuss potential late check-out during the night till some manager is around, just to tell me at 9am (when the manager is available) that there is absolutely 0 room free this week-end cause they are 100℅ full and I have to leave at 12:00 (But unable to explain why the neighboring rooms were empty when the housekeeping came yesterday as well as how they filled overnight the rooms of the friends who cancelled their last day there) Lost my camera battery in the hotel (wedding party...) and they couldnt find it. Obviously not their fault but quite hard to see why some other guests would have picked it in the hotel corridors (definitely on this one, hard to blame them, just an unpleasant thing coming in the midst of other problems) Again it's not a bad place (given the price) if you can put up with the unfriendly and inflexible attitude. It's probably my first negative review posting on Google, usually I don't bother posting, but the overall staff unfriendly, inflexible and arrogant wqys definitely turned me off enough to write this review. If you get a very precise holiday package there, you should be fine. Just don't expect more than what was described and be ready to fight for what happened to be too vaguely described. And keep your expectations on food low (You get better Spanish food in Manhattan, Tokyo or Hong Kong) If you speak Spanish (I don't) you may get some better treatment. Have a good vacation :)
  • Artsy and clean, a great place for a relaxing vacation.
