There was no event aside from their participation. Building solid, forceful ´situado South of the town near the episcopal Palace and the beautiful park of the Cidacos. The current altarpiece of the nave in lieu which fire destroyed in 1900. There are several weird things as the chapel of the Cristo de la Pelota of whose image with desclavada hand is that it responds to the moment in which, invoked by a ball player to testify in a controversial move, the Christ testified in his favor. The door of San Jerónimo, which gives to the street Arrabal an image of the Virgin meets the child conversing with a Saint who carries a bread in their hands and says the legend that will reach the end of the world when you fall out of the pan. The image is somewhat impaired by the stoning of children who is unsuccessfully trying to cause the end of the world. We invite visitors to the Cathedral to discover in one of his columns the size of a mobile phone slyly sculpted by the author of a recent restoration of the gate.

La Catedral de Calahorra creo que resulta ser una gran desconocida. Tiene mezcla de estilos, aunque según cuentan prevalece el Barroco. El altar mayor es de gran importancia. A orillas del rio Cidacos... more »The Cathedral of Calahorra believe that turns out to be a great unknown. It has mix of styles, although according to prevailing Baroque. The main altar is of great importance. On the banks of the Cidacos River, it has a good location for a nice stroll through the area. However the district that there is the other side leaves much to be desired. The entrance to the Cathedral is free. We were surprised that a Saturday afternoon there was nobody visiting her. The temple is very little lit which gives a feeling of miedillo to enter. I guess being a cathedral very little visited (as it seemed) is a waste have all illuminated.
