  • In the course of a week-long holiday of Majorca I came across this great cycle (Madame has preferred initially the beach :). Attraction was the Geocaching Powertrail with 114 taking doses. Added: the heat was very tidy even in early September, therefore, sufficiently liquid entrainment and sunscreen is a must. In two stages, on the first day of driveway Cala Millor, can hit No. 64 to the West, 14km later and in box 28 then again return, have offered a downpour with waiting pause and the advanced time. I was very pleased with the loving design and the fact that hardly a road Cross and more or less just going there. The next day, it then at the entrance went Cala Millor in eastern direction, box 64 until to the end of the road at 113 (or 'Final' as 114.Dose), where it caused a large beer, then heat a Cola was allowed to be and a half liters of water, it is about "evaporates" before it reaches the stomach :) Some tunnel under trips, immediately inviting because of the echoes to the loud singing :) are charming Once again the note due to fluid, the refreshment options are NOT lush, even fellow cyclists were fairly few and far between, also something for "lonesome riders" scenic everything exists by the "Western backdrop" to the straight Bikerhighway, :), see photos. The paths are mostly fine gravel accidentally, sometimes slightly coarse, it is advisable so a hiking or even mountain biking, which rent z B in Cala Millor in excellent execution to €15 price left. Road bikes with thin tires I would not necessarily recommend, no harm in a little shock absorption. Anyway, the way is my top recommendation for all geocachers, also for those who already have calluses on the bottom of the beach chairs :)) the photos may provide the rest, optical comment :))

  • The former Dráha between Arta and Manacor is in great condition and as an ideal cycle for children. Particularly worth mentioning are the stations, which have been partially restored. Arta, San Lorenzo and son ServerA, son Carrió. Overall very just and offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

  • From the resort of Cala Millor, I rode on a rental bicycling (approx. 7 euro per day) to the town of Artá and back and the next day from Cala Millor to Manacor and back. Beautiful tours of the former railway line. On the 29 km long route is also located approximately 115 "caches", (Powertrail Sa Via Verda) as a player I came to Geocaching. Thanks to this route with tunnels, embankments, you get to know Mallorca again a little differently. I definitely recommend a more abundant supply of water with them, because there are no refreshments along the route, just in the cities.
