  • For €5 you can see part of the history of this monastery. The visit includes the Museum of embroidery, the books and the of painting and sculpture. Also visits the mudejar cloister, the spectacular sacristy, the reliquary and treasure. At the end of the visit, they give you the option to see the Virgin in his dressing room. Something that impresses, if you're a believer. In the end, that money (or more) I have visited other temples/monuments in which you see much less. Pay them here is worthwhile.

  • Impress your outward appearance, its grandeur and Majesty, but much more when discover inside, from its beautiful cloister, its museums of illuminated, embroidered books and works of art, all very well preserved. A jewel the sacristy with paintings by Zurbarán... and as, the Virgin of Guadalupe... throughout the tour is unguided, lasts about two hours and the price is 5 euros. A visit fully recommended and obliged to those who go through the area. The surrounding area also are very beautiful and picturesque.

  • It seems lie, that after the disastrous seizure of the 19th century, this monastery and others I've seen in the area, maintain the grandeur for which they were built. It is in perfect state of conservation, which says a lot of the friars to still inhabit it. The visit was of the more educated, with a certain touch religious (it is a convent; and the guide was a friar), but each stays with what they want to hear. Explanations were entertaining and very descriptive, nothing to the Gallery, and was also observed by the guide an exquisite compliance, not do pictures, etc. The State of conservation of paintings and other works seemed superb. It must be very demanding with them, and this in a place where both groups come every day, there are some who do not understand it, who think that pay can make his jacket a coat. Bad education is not cured by visiting these places.

  • Spectacular place, mix of cultures and architectonic styles. Worth visiting
  • Very beautiful place. A must see. If you have the chance, try to lunch at the restaurant. Entrance, looking at the main entrance of the monastery, around the left side.
  • Amazing place. Amazing village
  • The monastery is spectacular and worth visiting it. The treatment of the Guide and the personal in general leaves much that wish. Bad education. It is a pity, not be are thinking because it goes against their own interests. The monk who shows you the image is a presentable, making friends, I think that you should have problems... actually gave me grief.
