  • Located more than 1,200 metres above sea level, it has wonderful views. It was commissioned by King Ferdinand III in the middle of the second half of the Xlll century.

  • We traveled to Zuheros and at night atop the sierra saw an illuminated super building that we didn't know what it was and decided to visit the next day. The shrine is at the exit of goat, is reached by a road in good condition although of quite a few curves and that take you to the top of the peak of Sierra's goat. On an Esplanade is the church building and several outbuildings. Outside services and an infrastructure that makes you guess about the magnitude of the procession that should take place there. The views are breathtaking, looks up to Sierra Nevada. They have a compass on the floor that tells you what you see looking at each site, putting the names. It is the Grotto where the Virgin appeared. Get warm because it is 1.217 m above sea level and as there is wind, becomes unbearable, but either way it is worth.

  • At the top of a winding road lies this beautiful Hermitage which is actually quite a large Chapel very well maintained by someone who remains in place; solemnity - religious music is for many. Even a charming shop of beautiful religious objects but not only. Views of the entire region, present even in autumn wildflowers. We have picnicked there on the tables available around the Hermitage between the hens and their chicks. To the km5, a hiking trail to see all herds in summer - thousands. Respect the barriers and then pa s problem. A shepherd showed us an Ewe who had twins.
