  • The Museum of the book manufacture of Basel, is a private museum, its entrance is from price 2 €., of recent creation that is located in the Centre of the city, close to the Piazza del Cid, interesting visit for all those who show an interest in books from its beginning to the present day.

  • Burgos, together with valencia, are the birthplace of Spanish printers, and have a wealth of facsimiles and punctual events such as first editor of Don Quixote and first editor of work in Spanish, etc very well assembled, in downtown site.. I am struck, we cannot visit him, tourists on Sunday.

  • Without well is clear that most are reproductions, is welcome to visit. Perhaps for those who want to the topic may be short, but is always grateful to open such spaces.

  • Very interesting Museum in the Centre of burgos and which I recommend to go. It is a small museum, with 4 meeting rooms, which can be seen in less than an hour, but that is quite worth and more with the cost that has the entry, 3 euros or 2 with low rate. To say something negative, the majority of the exhibits are replicas, but there are also original things. It is advisable to go if you're visiting burgos since you lose very little time and is interesting.

  • It tells you with posters the history of the book from the Sumerian tablets with cuneiform script, Egyptian papyri or Roman manuscripts up to the current ebook. There are many replicas of books (the monks were real artists!), even of Gutenberg's printing press. Thought me moderately interesting. They are several plants, although small (to be a Museum) that I know so does very heavy.
